If you are looking after a relative. friend or neighbour, adult or child, who has an illness, disability or is frail, and cannot manage without your help - you may register as a Carer. You may register with the Practice as a Carer. Registered Carers with the Practice can book appointments in advance and also order prescription over the telephone. When booking appointments tell the receptionist that you are a registered Carer with the practice so the receptionist is aware you are able to pre book appointments and order prescriptions on the telephone.
