Practice News

We are presently setting up a text messaging service.  This service will remind you about forthcoming appointments with the surgery.  If you are interested in receiving reminders via text please speak to the receptionist.

We are experiencing a large amount of patients who do not attend their appointments with the GP and Nurses.  Please ensure that you cancel any appointments that you are unable to keep.  You can do this using the website, or the online booking system or by telephoning the surgery pressing option 4 and leaving a message.

Seasonal flu week has been scheduled for

Young Peoples Friendly Scheme

Elbury Moor has become the first practice in Worcestershire to take part in an innovative scheme that aims to promote positive and healthy lifestyles for local young people by encouraging them to attend their GP practice. As part of this, young people will work with the surgery and other professionals to offer fresh ideas and training to support surgery staff to meet the needs and expectations of its young patients. This new phase of the YPF compliments national and local government guildlines which recognise that teenagers have very different health needs to younger children and adults and recommends that they should be supported to have a say in the health services that are provided for them as a way of making sure that they meet these needs.

Are you aged 13-19 years old and interested in having your say?

If so, please contact youth workers: Lizzie on 07960 093774
