We are presently setting up a text messaging service. This service will remind you about forthcoming appointments with the surgery. If you are interested in receiving reminders via text please speak to the receptionist.

We are experiencing a large amount of patients who do not attend their appointments with the GP and Nurses. Please ensure that you cancel any appointments that you are unable to keep. You can do this using the website, or the online booking system or by telephoning the surgery pressing option 4 and leaving a message.

EXTENDED OPENING TIMES

The surgery is now open on some Monday and Tuesday evenings offering a limited number of pre-bookable doctors appointments and also Wednesday morning from 7 am and some Thursday evenings with the Nurse or Health Care Assistant. We are also open some Saturday mornings. This service is designed, not exclusively, to accommodate people who find it difficult to attend during our normal opening hours of 8.00 am and 6.30 pm. Please ask the receptionist if you would like to book one of these appointments.

Out of Hours

The South Worcestershire PCT has organised an out of hours service for patients. This service is currently provided from Worcestershire Royal Hospital and is available from 6.30pm to 8.00am Monday to Friday and from 6.30pm Friday to 8.00am on Monday.

This is not a drop in centre. In the first instance, please telephone the centre to receive advice; you will then be advised if it is necessary for you to attend the centre for treatment.
