The Doctors and Staff at Elbury Moor Medical Centre will try to give you the best possible service at all times. However, there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to raise a concern. This leaflet will explain what to do if you have a complaint about the service we provided for you.
We welcome any comments which you feel would benefit the practice and improve patient care. Complaints, sugggestions and constructive criticism, including compliments can be valuable in developing a better quality of service to our patients.
