Assistant Practice Manager
We have a friendly team of practice administrators who support the Practice Manager and who cover a large range of day-to-day practice business including Practice Quality Data Analysis, rota management, referral management and complex healthcare coding.
The Reception Team is led by two Supervisors (morning and afternoon) who ensure the smooth running of the reception team.
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists are there to help both patients and the doctors & nurses at the practice. They are often extremely busy and we would ask you to be patient and show them respect at all times when they are trying to help you with your query.
