CHILD HOOD VACCINATION CLINIC - please note that from August the Childhood Vaccination clinic will no longer be held on a Monday afternoon, it will be held on a Thursday between 9.15am and 11.45 am . The Health Visitor will still be available on a Monday afternoon.
EVENING APPOINTMENTS
From Monday 7th April 2008, this surgery will be open on Monday and Tuesday evenings and will offer a limited number of pre-bookable doctors' appointments.
This service is designed, not exclusively, to accommodate people who find it difficult to attend during our normal opening hours of 8.00am and 6.30 pm.
PLEASE NOTE; This is not a walk-in service - Appointments must be booked in advance.
